| I ordered the Product on Dec. 15th without any tags of limited item, or currently unavailable. I had sent emails and even called Orange Onion and there was no response. I wanted to cancel the order, but apparently the message was disregarded. The item was shipped on Dec. 24, and it won't get here until the 28th or 29th due to Christmas and the weekend. This kind of shipping is unacceptable. It ruined a little girl's Christmas gift. Overall, the product is probably fine, but whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM ORANGE ONION. They DO NOT put the customer first, and continue to take your money rather than resolve the issue. I would get this same product from elsewhere.
